Choose the appropriate application type from the menu below.
|First-Year||First-year (including international first-year students), dual enrollment and Move on When Ready students
|Transfer/Transient||Transfer (including international transfer students), nontraditional, summer transient, exchange, post-baccalaureate, second-degree, pharmacy, and transfer students to UGA at Tifton or Griffin.|
|Former UGA Undergrad||Former UGA undergraduate students|
|Re-Activation||Undergraduates who have previously applied to UGA but never enrolled should fill out the Transfer Application and mark "Yes" when asked about applying previously (if re-applying as a freshman applicant for a future term, fill out the freshman application).|
|Seeking On-line Classes||Currently enrolled UGA students may register for classes taught in an on-line method during their class registration.
Students not enrolled at UGA must seek admissions to UGA in order to take online classes. If you were formerly enrolled as an undergraduate at UGA, you should seek re-enrollment by filling out the Former UGA Undergraduate application.
If you are interested in seeking an undergraduate degree at UGA, you can apply as either a freshman, transfer student, or a second degree student.
Students wishing to take classes as transient (currently enrolled in good standing at another institution and will return to that institution) may apply as a transient student. Please note that transient status is only available during the summer terms.
Note: You may make limited changes to your application—such as address, email and contact information—by using the Information Change Form. In addition, all undergraduates enrolling in the Fall 2011 semester or afterwards must show proof of Verification of Lawful Presence as determined by the Georgia Board of Regents.
If you are a returning military service member, you should also access our Returning Service Members Form to see if you meet the criteria for additional assistance.
In order to ensure timely processing of your application, use the online application. Electronic applications are processed on the first business day after they are received.
To ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information, your Web application is encrypted by our secure server before being transmitted over the Internet.
