Former UGA Undergraduate Application – Step Two

Review these five final tips.

Remember that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have a time limit for each page. Doing these five things will save you time and trouble!

  1. Carefully review the previous pages of instructions. (Use the “Back” button or arrow on your browser.)
  2. Print a copy of the entire application and use it as a draft. This will minimize the risk of your being “timed out” by your ISP while completing the online form. Collect everything you will need to complete the online application before you begin, as many fields on the form are required in order to successfully submit the application.
  3. Once you are logged in, the application automatically saves the information you have already entered as you move between pages. Once you begin the online application, DO NOT use the “Back” and/or “Forward” buttons on your internet browser. Instead, use the “Next” and/or “Previous” buttons provided at the bottom of each page of the application.
  4. If you need to leave the application and return to it at a later time, use the “SAVE AND QUIT” option at the bottom of the application page. This feature saves all the information you have already provided on the application form.
  5. Print a copy of your completed online application before you submit it. If you have correctly completed your application, you will receive an immediate response (Application Success page) upon submitting your application.

HAVING TROUBLE? Contact us at adm-web@uga.edu. Know the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP), the type of service you have and the type of browser you are using. If you are not using Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, please call your ISP.

You’re now ready to begin!
